When will I have access to the classes?

Once you have successfully placed an order, we will contact you within 2 business days by e-mail. It usually takes about 1-2 weeks to set up your class.

Can I take a free trial lesson?

Absolutely. Just fill out a simple form and register for your free 30-minute trial lesson

Free trial lessons are not available for group classes and kids. However, we might be able to offer a trial lesson at a discounted rate for group learners and kids.

Do you offer other forms of free Chinese lessons?

Yes, we do. Check out the many options you have to sign up for one of our free Chinese lessons.

 

Can I take classes over the weekend?

Yes, you can take classes on the weekend. We have different teachers working on different schedules.

Do you offer Chinese classes for kids?

Yes, we offer all levels of Chinese classes to all age groups. And, we have a guide to help you find out the right Chinese lessons for your kids.

Are online classes available?

Yes, we use Zoom and Google Meet as our distance-learning instruction platforms. And, all our remote class packages are at a discounted rate.

Although our online programs are available to all levels of students, we recommend all beginner students and kids take in-person classes and learn directly from us to maximize the learning outcome.

 

How long does it take to complete a course?

The total time of finishing a course depends on what course you're going to take and the amount of time you're planning to spend. Generally speaking, a 30-class course will take about 3 months to complete; a 15-class course will take about 2 months.

 

What will I be able to do upon completing a course?

The outcome varies depending on what your current level is and how intense your classes are going to be.

If you start as a beginner and take a 45-class course, you will be able to use spoken Chinese in most real-life situations, meaning you can have basic conversations with native Chinese speakers. You may also attempt taking HSK (the only official Chinese proficiency test) based on your level.

Do you offer one-time drop-in-style classes?

Yes, we do.

Can I take a class at a different location or at my home?

You can take your class at either our Wall Street or Long Island City location.
