What is the difference between the semi-private and private Chinese classes?

In the semi-private class setting, the class size is a little bigger than the private ones, which is not necessarily a bad thing. You will be exposed to more conversation and get to practice with your partner. Also, it’s more fun to learn with someone else, and the other person could be a big positive influence.

However, occasionally, if your learning partner has a higher or lower level of your, the efficiency and effectiveness of your classes might be compromised. Your teacher has to constantly adjust her lessons to accommodate two different learning capacities.

Our suggestion is if you’re all at the exact same level and can share the same class schedule, our semi-private class packages are your best choice. If your levels differ a lot, you might want to consider our private classes.

What’s your rescheduling and cancellation polices for semi-private classes?

There will be less flexibility in rescheduling and canceling classes since you will be sharing your classes with someone else unless both parties agree to make a change on their schedule.

Who are semi-private classes ideal for?

  • Kids

  • Middle school and high school students
